At Maison Parker Boutique, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, our return process is designed to be simple, transparent, and customer-friendly. This policy applies to all orders placed within the United States.


Return Shipping Responsibility

For non-defective returns (change of mind, size, or personal preference), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Maison Parker Boutique covers all return shipping costs.


30-Day Return Window

You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in original condition

  • Include all labels and original packaging

Items that show signs of wear or damage may not qualify for a refund.


Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes customers change their minds.

  • Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed.

  • If the order is unprocessed, a full refund will be issued.

  • Once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipping, cancellation is no longer possible.

If cancellation is not possible, you may still return the item after delivery by following the standard return process.

Return Costs

1. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Return shipping is free

  • We cover all associated return costs

  • A full refund is issued after inspection

2. Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

If you wish to return an item because:

  • You ordered the wrong item

  • The item does not fit

  • You no longer want it

Then:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as lost returns cannot be refunded


International Return Processing Notice

Maison Parker Boutique is an international online retailer.
Returns are processed through our central fulfillment warehouse located outside the United States.

As a result:

  • Return shipping costs may vary by location

  • Any applicable customs fees for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer for non-defective returns

  • Prepaid return labels are not currently provided


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may be non-returnable.
Any such items will be clearly marked on the product page.

How to Return an Item (3 Steps)

Include your order number and reason for return.
If the item is damaged or incorrect, please include photos.

Step 2 – Send Your Package

  • Repack the item securely in its original packaging

  • Use a tracked courier service

  • Ship to the return address provided by our support team

  • Keep your tracking number for reference

Step 3 – Receive Your Refund

  • Inspection time: 1–7 business days

  • Refund issued: within 7 business days after inspection

  • Refund arrival: 3–7 business days depending on your bank

Total processing time: up to 14 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
